Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data RELAYVANE LTD (“Relayvane”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the Relayvane VPN application and service, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. We have written it to describe our system as it actually works, in plain language.

1. Who we are

RELAYVANE LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

RELAYVANE LTD

Registered in England & Wales — company registration in progress.

Registered office:

124 City Road
London
EC1V 2NX
United Kingdom

Data protection contact: hello@relayvane.com

2. What we do not do

These commitments are absolute and apply to every category of data described in this policy:

3. We do not log your online activity

Relayvane does not keep activity logs. Specifically, our VPN servers do not record:

Our VPN servers are configured to write no per-connection access logs. Because this information is never written down, we cannot hand it over, and we cannot reconstruct which sites or services a user visited — including in response to a legal request.

4. What we do collect

To sell and operate a subscription service we do need a limited amount of information. This is the complete list.

a. Account data

An account identifier — an email address, or a messaging account identifier if you signed up that way — and your subscription status, plan and expiry date. Used to identify your subscription and to contact you about the service.

b. Payment data

A record of your transactions: amount, currency, date, plan purchased and payment status. Where you buy through the App Store or Google Play, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google and we receive confirmation of the purchase, not your card details. Where you pay us directly, payment is processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.

c. Device and connection data

To operate the service securely we process:

5. Legal bases for processing

6. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data strictly on our instructions, only to deliver the service, and who are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a valid, binding order. As explained in section 3, we cannot produce activity or browsing records in response to such an order, because we do not have them.

7. How long we keep data

8. International transfers

Our servers are located in a number of countries so that you can choose where to connect. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access a copy of your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@relayvane.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Children

Relayvane is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will tell subscribers directly.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or about your data: hello@relayvane.com, or write to us at the registered office address in section 1.
